For more than 140 years the YMCA of Superior California has been dedicated to building strong kids, strong families and strong communities. The YMCA is committed to protecting the privacy of its members, volunteers, donors and community constituents. The YMCA will not sell, share or release your name to any list service, outside organization or manufacturer, and any information provided by you will be held in the strictest of confidence. It is the YMCA’s desire to not send unwanted mail to its donors. Please contact the YMCA if you wish to be removed from the mailing list.

The YMCA of Superior California, Inc. (herein “the YMCA”) , strives to provide innovative services to better serve its members. The YMCA recognizes that privacy is an important issue, so the YMCA designs and operates its services with the protection of your privacy in mind. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information gathered when you use the YMCA’s services, as well as some of the steps the YMCA takes to safeguard it.

• The YMCA collects limited non-personally identifying information your browser makes available whenever you visit its program registration website. Material from norcalymca.org or any Website owned, operated, licensed or controlled by the YMCA of Superior California ("YMCA's Websites") may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way. Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any other purpose is a violation of the copyrights and other proprietary rights. For purposes of this Terms of Use Agreement, the use of any such material on any other Website or networked computer environment is prohibited.

PRIVACY
The YMCA of Superior California is very respectful about the privacy concerns of the visitors to its sites on the Internet. As a general policy, no personal information is automatically collected from visitors to its sites, nor is so-called "cookie" technology used by the sites created by the YMCA. However, certain non-personal information of visitors is recorded by the standard operation of  the YMCA's Internet servers. This information is primarily used to provide an enhanced online experience for the visitor. Information tracked includes the type of browser being used by the visitor (e.g., Netscape, Internet Explorer), the type of operating system (e.g., Macintosh, Windows) in use by the visitor and the domain name of the visitor's Internet service provider (e.g., America Online, Earthlink).
